• iron maiden ın 16 ağustos 2010 tarihinde çıkacak 15. stüdyo albümü the final frontier ın 10. sıradaki şarkısı. 10:59 süresiyle albümün en uzun parçası. umarım yeni bir şaheserle karşı karşıyayızdır, günlerce, aylarca, yıllarca dinleyebiliriz.
• sözleri ve müziği majesteleri steve harris e aittir. "iron maiden albümlerinin son şarkıları süper olur" tezini doğrulayan şarkılardandır. sözleri şöyle başlar:

• gerçekten ilginç sözleri olan bir şarkıdır. hikayenin merkezinde evli bir çift vardır ve dünyayı sona erdirecek olan bir felaketin yaklaştığı anlatılır. hikayenin sonu ise murders in the rue morgue gibi sürprizlidir.

  he has enough supplies to last them for a year or two

• şarkının ilk 3 dakikasının kesinlikle carry on wayward son'a benzediğini düşündüğüm parça.
  şarkıyla ilgili söylenecek tek şey benzerlik değil elbette. ne düşündüğümü bizzat budapeşte konserinde harris'in kendisine söyleyeceğim. birinci ağızdan duyması onun için daha iyi. değil mi..
• masal gibi bir iron maiden şarkısı^*. bruce dickinson ın 3.05 te 'they tell us nothing that we don’t already know about' deyişine dikkat çekmek isterim. ayrıca 'ezberlenecek bu' diyorum, başka da birşey demiyorum.
  edit: söylenecek başka çok söz varmış aslında.
• the final frontier ile geçirdiğim 24 saatin ardından, bu albümde en çok canlı dinlemek istediğim parça olduğuna kanaat getirdiğim şarkı.
• the final frontierın kanımca en güzel parçası, en iron maiden parçasıdır. 11 dakikaya varan süresi ile albümün en uzun parçasıyken insan hiç bitmesin diyor. hatta hep o çalsın istiyor. tek başına album diye çıksa yadırgamam. zira bu bünye vakti zamanında 28 dakikalık albümlerde^* dinledi ve coştu.
• the final frontier'ın -şimdilik- loop'a alınan ilk şaheseri. albümde tek başına steve harris'in yazdığı tek parça.
  
  sırf bu parça yüzünden albümün geri kalanını adam gibi dinleyemedim.
• aşmış, yarmış, ortalığın amına koymuş parçadır. o kadar kendinden geçirtir ki adamı, parçanın eleştirisini yazmak yerine sadece parçaya ilişkin dayanaksız düşüncelerini yazar dinleyen kişi.
