  uzunca bir süre böyle bir albüm olduğu sadece dedikodu şeklinde dolaşmış, çünkü bu albümü pek kolay çıkartamamışlar ve bu sebepten ki ilk albümleri genelde walk among us kabul edilir. zaten killing formatlı kurukafa logosu / imajı da bu ilk albümde mevcut değil.
  ikinci kere piyasaya sürülmesi çok sonraki bir tarihe rastlıyor.
